These wedges were so good I got a second one. I have a bad back and found my wrists also hurt when feeding baby. The wedge placed baby to a comfortable position so I could basically feed hands free. The baby also did not sink into the wedge like I found with other pillows, which eased my neck and back pain while feeding. Cover zips off for washing and can be flipped to use left and right side.
