Beautiful silver plated water jug. Quite clean internally and external has great shine and terrific heavy embossing. On four ornate feet. In very good condition commensurate to age and hallmarked to base however I’m struggling to make the marks out. Base is pumpkin shape. Lid has two small splits each side of hinge and a wing nut is needed to firm up the decorative lid handle. Beautiful item to use or display.

Two great items for use or display. English silversmith Shane’s Dixon & Sons produced this great sugar sifter which is fully hallmarked and likely early 1900s. Stamped . Electroplated Britannia Metal with makers mark and stamp. In good condition commensurate to age. Great for sprinkling icing sugar or chocolate powder. 16cm tall and no dents. Good shine. In addition are a set of across Hecworth candlesticks. Nicely ornate and good shine. Very nice on a table setting.

Well hallmarked MH & Co for Martin hall & Co UK EPNS. This was made in 1854 as after this date Ltd was added to the base stamp. 25.5cm from end of spout to end of handle. 14cm to top of lid tip. Diam 15cm. In good condition for a pot of this age. One Bakelite strip missing from handle. Does not deter at all from how great this piece looks. It has great shine but could respond to further internal cleaning. Lovely display piece and photos to not do it justice. Can post at buyers cost of $18.

Victorian dresser hair receptacle used to collect hair to create a ‘hair rat’ to add to the hairstyle of the era. More commonly used now for trinkets, hair ties etc. in good condition. Can post at buyers cost of $11.

Two genuine antique child with begging dog Meridien Britannia quadruple plated serviette rings depicting a child with a biscuit and a begging dog. Nice decorative detail to the outer rings. Stamps underside including ‘Way Adelaide’ which is not original to backstamp. There is some wear to silverplate and one ring slightly off as shown. This is a pre-loved antique claret jug in silver plate standing 25cm high. Great shape and very ornate with an eagle head creating the handle to the lid. The floral and other etchings surround the jug and the jug sits upon 4 leaf shaped feet. I gave given this one clean but would respond but would respond to further clean. The jug is s beauty with good shine. While there are a couple of marks, one where the lid hits the neck and another small mark to rear neck it insignificant to appearance snd
