Busy and expanding Korean & Japanese restaurant seeks experienced Head Chef to take over from our outgoing Head (who is relocating interstate with his family). Must be fluent in one or both of Korean and/or Japanese language/s. Key duties include menu development, costing and cost control, ordering and stock management, training and overseeing kitchen staff, maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards, and meeting labour cost targets.
