1 - Contact us via email to arrange an over the phone appointment. Please include name, contact details and an outline of work experience and the types of work you are looking for.
2 - Within 2 business days you will be contacted via phone to discuss the services we provide and to to have a more in-depth conversation about you, your skills and achievements, the type of work you have done previously, as well as the work you are seeking.
3 - Payment - An invoice will be sent to you for payment which must be paid prior to recieving your initial draft.
4 - Once payment for your resume has been recieved, the initial draft will be completed with in 2-3 business days and sent to you via email.
5 - Step 5 is where you read and review the draft and we can discuss any changes you may wish to make before the final document is finalised.
6 - Once finalised, the completed resume and/or cover letter will be sent to you in Word document and PDF forms via email. Should you also wish to have a hard copy sent to you, this can also be arranged, however delivery times may be effected.
