2010 Yamaha FZ1N Motorcycle

$6,500 Negotiable
-33.93381881713867" 150.85284423828125"
Hoxton Park, NSW
2010 Yamaha FZ1N in very rare Viper blue colour scheme.

1 owner since new with (2) black keys and the red key too.

50,476 klms
Don't let the klms put you off; these motors are good for well over 100,000 klms and this bike has been lovingly looked after by an FZ1 enthusiast. The bike has NEVER let me down.

Valve clearances were checked at 40,000 klms by Paul at Wet4U racing

Castrol Full synthetic Power 1 racing 5W-40 has been used every 5,000 klms.

The bike has never been dropped, damaged or repaired.

It has been a very safe and easy bike to ride since I bought it back in 2010.

The bike has always been garaged and kept in pristine condition

Ridden spiritedly on occasion but never thrashed; the bike has never been on the track or intentionally ridden in the rain.

Pirelli Rosso III tyres with plenty of tread left

Performance modifications include:

Arrow headers and Mivv Speed Edge muffler (I still have the stock system which is in pristine condition)

Ivan's ECU flash with PCV. I have custom maps for baffle in or out.

49T rear sprocket ( +4) with stock front sprocket.
Chain and both sprockets were changed at 34,000 klms. The bike accelerates hard from 5k rpm with this setup and still returns around 35 mpg.

Stock airbox currently fitted but I also have a modded airbox if you require it and PCV maps to suit both setups.

The bike makes 142HP at the wheels with open exhaust and airbox but I currently run it with stock airbox and baffle inserted and it's still very powerful.

These mods were not done solely for power but mainly for ride-ability and the throttle is very precise.

Suspension modifications include:

2008 Yamaha R1 front forks and 6 pot radial brakes
2008 Yamaha R1 Radial master cylinder
HEL brakelines front and rear

Penske 8983 rear shock with rebound, remote compression and preload adjustment. The rear shock is 5mm longer than standard to assist turn in.
The bike handles really well and is predictable and easy to ride.

Cosmetic modifications include:

LighTech rearsets
ASV F3 unbreakable levers
Carbon side infill panels and instrument cluster cover
Genuine Yamaha flyscreen
Genuine Yamaha seat cowl
Genuine Yamaha lower cowl
Genuine Yamaha LED indicators
Motodynamic rear Integrated tail light assembly
Rizoma bars, risers and brake fluid reservoir
GIPro gear indicator
and other stuff i have forgotten about.

The modifications alone cost over $6,000.

Come take a look for yourself, test rides are welcome but you will need to bring the full asking amount.

No low ball offers please and no swaps; it's a lot of bike for the money.
