BSA M20 crankcases
BSA M20 crankcases Engine number VM20.53178 Need a good clean Aluminium cases should clean up well with bead blasting or water blasting Cam spindles and timing side crankshaft end are still oily Main bearing feel good (replace anyway) Big end has some looseness Gudgeon is rusty, siezed (needs new pin and bush) No obvious cracks or dents or damage to the aluminium, and only very minor scratches Magdyno platform is flat, no wear No wear on inner side of magdyno gear drive No oil pump Overall -
