FTC alone has dramatically reduced the wear of this Komatsu 630E mining truck engine by ~ 80%.
This Komatsu 630E mining truck engine has done 23,000 hrs of work. There was less than 0.001 inches (1 thousandth of an inch) of wear in the bore & bottom end of this engine. The cylinder hone is still clearly visible. The usual rebuild period is 18 - 20,000 hrs for this engine. This engine has only ~ 20% wear after exceeding it's normal life by 3 - 5000 hours.
Pistons & liners were reused in the rebuild of this engine.
The company stated this engine could have easily been run to 50,000 hours, with the use of FTC before rebuilding.
The reduced wear in this engine is due to the prevention of cylinder glazing & hard carbon deposits on pistons, rings & other components & reduced oil contamination. All which prematurely wear cylinder bores & other engine components.
Suitable for ALL 2 & 4 stroke petrol, diesel, ethanol, methanol, kerosene, biodiesel, nitromethane car, truck, motorcycle, marine inboard & outboard motors, farm, tractor, heavy machinery, plant, generators, heavy duty, high performance & race applications.
Can also be used in lighting, heating & cooking fuels. Including dual fuel stoves, wick & pressure lanterns, kerosene & oil heaters.

Due to it's catalytic action FTC enables fuel to burn more completely, resulting in more energy produced per unit volume of fuel & less emissions.

Actions include deglazing cylinders, decarbonizing combustion chambers, DP filters, exhaust ports, fuel injectors, glow plugs, spark plugs, pistons, piston rings & grooves, valves, turbocharges, emission sensors & related exhaust components.
Oil analysis studies have demonstrated reductions of up to 58% blowby soot, up to 50% iron metal wear & up to 59.4% copper metal wear in engine oils.
