I offer one to one coaching to teach individuals how to overcome stress, prevent burnout and improve overall wellbeing.
My approach is to help you identify the causes of stress and anxiety in your life, become aware of your stress and anxiety triggers and teach you the tools to help you manage and ultimatey overcome the stress and anxiety you are feeling.
I have helped clients reduce the effect of stress, anxiety, panic, social phobia, agoraphobia and other related issues in their lives.
The physical symptons of stress or anxiety can be overwhelming and generate high levels of fear, so the key to my work is helping my clients understand the stress response and how it fuels negative thinking, worry and rumination. Resilience & Wellbeing
We know life will get busy and stressful at times but how do we ensure we can cope and still move forward with life during these times. I teach my clients how to build true confidence and resilience by using specific examples that are relevant to their lives. When we learn to cope and thrive with the everyday stressors of life, then we are better prepared should we have to face more stressful challenges.
My approach to helping clients build resilience involves completing an overall wellbeing assessment and teaching a simple resilence building process that is practical and simple to implement.

Is coaching the same as therapy or counselling?
Therapy and counselling is often considered to primarily focus on life events from the past, where as coaching helps you to assess your reality now, and create a practical plan with effective tools to help you create the reality you want in the future.

I have a Master of Science (Psychology) from the University of East London and trained with No Panic (NHS funded UK not for profit) helping clients manage anxiety and related disorders. For 15 years I worked as a senior marketing executive in banking and financial services in Australia and Europe in both large institutions and start-up Fintech companies focusing on digital innovation, brand and thought leadership.
