Being in the front line of 1st & 2nd Level Support in a large multinational corporation (with 900 active users) for over 7 years has enabled me acquire both the technical & interpersonal skills needed to manage IT users, cross-functional teams & external stakeholders.
have excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of the Incident Management & Problem Management lifecycle as well as the technical skills to resolve incidents on first contact, when possible. I have experience with the Windows Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, Mac ) & Server platform (2008R2 & 2012), Office suites, networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. also SCCM, office 365 , and Active directory, Domain Controller and Microsoft Lync, amongst others.
I am available for Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Printer Support in a non-domain or domain joined environment.
