Herb - known as Chinese five keys/Thai - Krachi
Essential for authentic Thai cuisine. Delicate flavoured long thin roots can be thinly sliced or ground up to add to Thai cooking, especially delicious in fish curries. Easy to grow and maintain and can be grown in pots. Dies down in Winter but will reappear in Spring. Can be preserved for use during Winter. Makes an attractive plant to fill bare arears in your flower beds.

Native Frangipani Tree - Hymenosporum Flavum
Native to New Guinea, QLD & NSW. Grows well in pots & can be pruned. If planted in the ground can reach 10 metres in height. Yellow flowers between Spring and Summer. Tree is approx 1.5 metres excluding the pot. Pot is 43cm across x 40cm high. Quite heavy so will need a couple of people to pick it up.
