*Queen size bed (comes with mattress protector)
*3 Bunk beds (all bunk beds come with mattress protectors) Standard fitted sheets won't fit as these bunks are longer than standard.
*Generous seating that also converts to single bed to sleep a small child if necessary
*Internal shower & hand basin - NO toilet!
*190L Fridge/Freezer
*4 Burner gas cooktop
*25L Microwave oven & grill
*Towing mirrors included
*Elecbrake set up on trailer. We will provide you with smart phone, car charger & secure cradle for phone to be securely mounted. Settings already stored in Elecbrake and is run via bluetooth
*Gas bottle x 2 (MUST BE RETURNED FULL)
*Camping chairs
*Outdoor table
*Portable clotheshorse
*External gas bayonet to directly hook up your bbq/webber
*All cutlery, appliances, kitchenware, cooking pots & pans & basic cleaning products provided in van along with some fun board games!

N.B – IF AVAILABLE Caravan Delivery/Set up/Pack Down & Pick Up can be additional. Price depending on location.
Hire our caravan from $120 Per Day! ! Peak pricing may apply!
** Minimum 3 x day Hire off peak
** Minimum 7 x Day hire on peak (Xmas/January/Easter/School Holidays)
Long term rates are negotiable
*All Drivers/Hirers must be 25 years or above and have comprehensive insurance on their towing vehicle
*$1000 bond required to secure and confirm booking
*All Hire Fees due 30 days prior to Pick Up/Departure Date
*Bond refunded in full when Hire Vehicle is returned in it's A1 original CLEAN condition
*Any Awning/Annex repair or damage costs will be deducted from the bond
*Strict ‘Cleaning inside and outside’ before returning Hire Vehicle policies in place*
HIRING RULES & CONDITIONS:
*Minimum 2500kg braked towing capacity tow Vehicle required
*No bikes or heavy items to be stored in the caravan while in transit
*Cleaning charges will apply if not satisfactory upon return
*No Smoking in or around the caravan please
*No heavy corrugation or red dust/dirt roads without owners approval
*Return van in the same condition as when it was hired (Bond penalties apply)
*Report all damages no matter how minor you think it is
*Bond Penalties apply for any damages
*Do not exceed 100kms per hour when towing
*Enjoy our family caravan & have a great holiday!!!
Pick up and drop off times are negotiable. Pickup and drop off is Munster WA 6166. Pets are negotaible and must be approved by prior arrangement.
