Commercial Sales Manager Role - Solar. $90-130k base depending on experience. Commercial & Industrial Solar PV

The client is a leading commercial solar installer with an excellent reputation in the market that has been built based on the quality delivery of thousands of major solar projects nationwide. They are an EPC contractor who set the standard in the commercial solar space and are making inroads into the industrial sector. They are currently experiencing a planned, sustained period of significant growth and are looking for an experienced sales person to join their experienced and dynamic team.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for sales and profitability growth across the SME, Commercial and Industrial PV market. You'll assume responsibility for the origination, development and delivery of solar projects. You'll establish and manage key relationships to deliver projects across operational regions. You'll identify and develop sales campaigns to drive lead generations and sales. You'll oversee the bid process for tenders and ensure timely delivery of bids. You'll attend relevant trade shows and conferences and ensure superior customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll require a proven track record of sales of high capital value, ideally over a period of at least five years. You'll be results-driven with an evident passion for renewable energy sales. Extensive B2B experience with a large pipeline of contacts is desirable. A business or renewable energy degree would also be desirable. You'll be able to work autonomously and in a team environment, and have superior time management and organisation skills.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive base salary of $90-130k depending on your experience super car allowance a generous uncapped commission structure. You'll be given all the tools required to succeed and be part of an experienced, high performing sales team. You'll undergo a thorough 4-6 week integration period followed by the autonomy to really make the role your own.
