I can come to the privacy of your own home or gym or I can meet you on the beach/park anytime from 4am before sunrise until sunset so there's no excuses. I can train mums and dads or do it as a family. I also train couples or come as a group of friends.
I also offer discounts for pensioners that’s wanting a lighter session and functional training.
If you're having a bad day and just want to let some steam out call me or message me and you can hit the pads.

I will also provide all the equipments you need. Hand wraps, Thai pads, focus pads, boxing gloves, shin guards, head gear etc. unless you would like to bring and use your own. All you need is a mouth guard, towel and yoga mat
