5 Litre Bag of Organic Insect The perfect plant food. Frass is a well-rounded plant food and soil additive. It is full of nutrients and beneficial microbes. Frass helps to produce robust plants and deter pests. How to use: Prior to plants - Mix Frass well into the top layer of soil, dig through anf water in. 4 cups per cubic metre of soil.
