DC Decorating is a small family owned business that prides itself on quality and excellence. We provide all aspects of the painting and decorating trade to both residential and commercial clients. The majority of our clients are high end, and our service and quality is of the upmost importance.

We predominantly work within the Mandurah area, but also cover right up to the City as well as inland.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified painter who can work to very high standards. Must be able to work productively on their own, manage their time well and have excellent communication skills. Must be very well presented and confident speaking to clients and suppliers.

Must have ABN, own vehicle and hand tools.

This is a fantastic role with excellent opportunities and flexibility. The role will be varied and projects are located from Perth to Mandurah.

Non smoker preferred.

Responsibilities and duties include:

· Internal and external painting

· Surface preparation

· Wall sealing

· Glossing

· Collection of materials

· Maintaining a clean worksite

· Liaising with clients, site supervisor and suppliers

· Providing the manager with progress updates and scheduling

Skills and experience

· AQF 111 or equivalent

· At least five years experience post apprenticeship

· Proficient in the English language

· Excellent communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Able to use an airless sprayer an advantage
