Bar Manager @ 360 Bar

The 360Bar in Varsity Lakes / Robina islooking for an honest, energetic and reliable RMLV to run this busy studentbar, the successful applicant will need some basic marketing experience and beproficient with Facebook and Microsoft Outlook.(The position may suit a student with a light study load)

This position will start early January 2020(Have Christmas off!!!)

The job description includes although isnot limited to;

• Must have RMLV & RSA
• Must have a great sense of humour
• Answering millions of questions (good knowledge of Gold Coast/Australia)
• Organising party nights and functions
• Good knowledge of how to use Facebook (Events)
• Ensuring par variances are within acceptable levels
• Staff training
• Liaise with Licensee on stock levels
• Design basic promotional flyers/memos and notices to staff
• Maintain RSA/Approved manager register, training register as required
• End of day reconciliation of daily banking including POS machine

Hours are 6.00pm to Midnight and we are not open Sundays
