Initial call didnt ask any particulars, just gave a quote. Was there on time. But when arrived started with accusations that I didnt tell him the lounge was heavy when found out that it had to be moved on the second floor, the old building the only way to get it in was thru a window from outside stairway, just ditched it in the garage, saying get friends to get it in I cant risk my back. Total disapointment
