Called the evening prior in regards to yard entry, confirmed pick up details. 8am arrival time, no show. Had to call them to be told that they wouldn't be doing the job and wouldn't offer me a reschedule. Claiming worker had been injured and were only notified the evening before. POOR customer service. People appreciate being told asap regardless of time, so they aren't preparing for something that isn't going to happen and able to make other arrangements. Moving is stressful enough already

Booked two weeks prior, Movers no show at agreed 2 hours time window from 10 am to 12 pm. Started callig the office at 12.40. Calls to the office unanswered. Then they called and advised it would be 3 pm. I asked for a discount due to no show. No discount was proposed and then I did not agree to the change and booked a different company.

Booked movers few days prior to move. Booked for 10 am, called a day earlier to confirm pick up time and was told would come between 10am - 12pm. Next day 1 pm, no show and called again, said would come at 4.30 pm. I was worried that i couldn't arrange for another mover last minute and decided to wait. 5.30 pm still no show and was told they were on their way and would reach my place 2 hours later. In the end no show. Waste of my time and they made no apology at all.
