Poor quality and incomplete work and appalling customer service. When I advised Anita my mother was unhappy that the work was done poorly and that she had been on her phone she denied it, raised the bill and said you just can't please some people. I have paid her invoice, but am still gobsmacked that she did not seek to understand why my mum was unhappy, and simply turned on her instead. A terrible experience
