HR Generalist needed for Eastern Suburbs of Sydney based growing SME - great brand with growth. Stand Alone.

Your new role
Working in an autonomous capacity, you will be responsible for all HR Generalist activities for the business of 160 employees. Your key tasks will include:
- Recruitment - sourcing and selection
- Onboarding and inductions
- HR administration and contract generation
- Visa checking, HR compliance and HR policy development
- Employee relations and performance advice
- Award interpretation and payroll advice
- Culture and engagement
- WHS, workers comp and any RTW issues
- Training and Development
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Coordinator, HR Advisor or HR Generalist who has experience and exposure to ER and WHS. You will enjoy operational HR and being hands on as this role is very much at the coalface of this organisation. You will enjoy independence and be able to work autonomously. You will be fast paced and well organised and enjoy working with like-minded high energy and passionate people. A background in Hotels, Hospitality, QSR or Retail would be advantageous.
