SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE
Due to substantial growth of our business, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team.
You will be well suited to this position if you thrive on establishing new opportunities, have a passion for customer service, can develop strategic business and networking opportunities, and can ensure long term business relationships.
This position will be responsible for achieving solid sales in the market.
Your main responsibilities:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities with customers and prospects by generating demand for our products
You will make a high volume of calls to educate customers about these products and ultimately select the best options for them
Identify new prospects to generate demand and build sales pipeline for our products
Provide sales quotes and estimates to customers
Liaise and follow up with customers and contractors to convert quotes into sales
Maintain & grow established relationships and accounts
Manage customer accounts through proactive project anticipation and provide solutions
Building and maintaining relationships with customers through after sales service and client account support
What you need to have:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Well-spoken English
- Minimum of 3years retail/sales experience
- Any IT industry-specific experience will be highly regarded
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- A strategic mindset
- Ability to effectively build rapport and maintain networks/relationships with developers, stakeholders and customers
