A global company in the Financial Services industry who pride themselves on their collaborative and forward thinking culture have an exciting opportunity for a HR Operations Advisor to join their team based in Chullora, Sydney for 12 month FTC.
Your new role
Working as part of a small HR team you will be responsible for designing and delivering HR frameworks including policies, procedure and compliance across all areas of HR including Employee Relations in order to optimise processes and ensure they are in line with legislation. You will also have the opportunity to manage a variety of other HR generalist activities that will add value to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in a HR generalist or HR operations role together with a strong understand of employee relations policy and employment law. You will be results driven and passionate about HR together with a proven ability to improve business processes.
