For sale, Ozito (battery) to Ryobi (tool) adaptor. It allows an 18V Ozito Power XChange battery (current range available in Bunnings) to power 18V Ryobi One+ tools.
I have designed and been using this adaptor for a while now and quite a lot are in use by others. It is a refined design from users feedback and comparability over the range of tools. It fits firmly, clicks in to both the battery and tool. I print the adaptors on demand and use high quality silicon wire.
Postage at cost (typically $10). Pickup is not available.
Payment can be made either via PayPal or Mobile pay (use my phone number via your banking app).
I can also supply just the Ozito battery adaptor part with wires for use in your own creations etc. e.g. use the battery for eBike, older tools... Send me a message.
Ryobi, Ozito and Aldi batteries are all the same cell configuration internally. 5 - Lithium 18650 cells in series. Larger capacities then use 2 string in parallel for a total of 10 cells. When fully charged all the brands have a maximum of 21V. When flat they are all below 16V. Aldi market their batteries at 20V which is not incorrect but not consistent with other brands which are the same voltage but quote the nominal, mid state of charge voltage of 3.6V x5 cells = 18V. All brands implement similar safety features.
Please note it is the users responsibility to check the tool, battery and adaptor are suitable and in good condition prior to use.
