Construction Document Controller Required!

This local construction company is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join the team!
Your new role
This role has the opportunity to be a part time leave cover for 6 months, or a full time role with a 6 month being the minimum.
General Document Controller duties include but are not limited to:
- Keeping track of important project documents (plans, blueprints, contracts, drawings).
- Creating reports for construction managers
- Ensuring documents are stored correcting and backed up
- Performing data entry tasks and updating project documents
- Printing out and distributing documents to managers, team members, vendors etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Working with a large unit of approximately 70 staff, you will need to be accustomed to the Construction Industry and culture.
- Document Control experience
- Construction Experience
- Strong computer skills
- Exposure to construction systems - e.g. Sharepoint, Teambinder, Aconex
The following experience would also be highly regarded:
- Commercial administration
- Project/Contract Administration
- Quality Assurance/Management
- IT insight
What you'll get in return
Dependant on candidate skills, you will receive a part time role for a minimum of 6 months leave cover or you could be eligible for a full-time longer term multi-skilled office role.
