Invader old school Bmx
Recently restored, only finished in August 2019 and only ridden once up and down the driveway.
I don’t know a lot about the invader brand, but the welds are good and it is very light, which is normally a sign of a quality race bred bike.
Seat pole, headstem, and bars are the original and have been professionally rechromed at Windsor electroplaters, the alloy top part of the head stem was polished by them also at a total cost of $140.
Repop MX seat, later model alloy rims fitted with new Kenda Comp 3 tyres. New mushroom handgrips and bear trap pedals. 4x new headstem bolts, as one was stripped and a new chain also put on. I also have a brand new Dia Comp mx 1000 back brake set up which hasn’t been fitted yet to go with it.
Length of top tube is 40cm for anyone wondering.
Lots of time and money put into this bike. Money wise it owes me over $400
