The daughter of the highly respected artist Margaret Turner Petyarre (Dcd), Marcia spent much of her formative artistic years alongside the likes of Minnie Pwerle, Gloria and Kathleen Petyarre and others of her family.
Her work centers on Women's body paint designs which are depicted as free flowing linier lines painted on the chest and body of women taking part in ceremonial dances.
Her works are very collectable and are increasing in popularity.
