Vintage Melbourne Metropolitan Fire Brigade, client 'eyedropper' panel unit. Cast iron body with solid brass door. Still has original key. (No clockwork mechanism) Fairly rare, but if you're looking at this post you probably already know that! This is a heavy unit, so cannot post. Pick up only at Dimboola. Vintage 1960s man's shirt - beige
Located in Dimboola area. Local pick up or buyer pays postage on top Mens' long-sleeved shirt from 1960s, beige colour. (Apologies - the colour of the photo is lousy! Cannot seem to get the colour correct!) Bertini brand. To fit chest about 110cm In excellent overall condition....missing one button on a sleeve, and a little bit of wear on the inner neck/collar area, but still has heaps of wearing 'life' left in it.

Vintage 1980s rubber-backed curtain panel
Located in Dimboola area. Vintage 1980s curtain panel in a cute grass/flower landscape pattern on a cream background. Rubber backed, one casement/hem sewn (can feed a rod through). 112cm w x 2m (approx) long. Has been stored for over 35 years, so has a mild musty smell, but once washed this would go. Could be cut in half to cover smaller window, or be turned into another craft project. Pick up Dimboola area or buyer pays postage on top.

Vintage 1980s mauve floral fabric piece
Cannot get better photos - the colours are actually a little bit brighter, but similar to the second pic. Cotton blend mauve floral fabric from 1980s. Similar to 'lawn' fabric - fine weave. Piece is 112cm x 170cm Made by Cranston print works USA. There is a water stain (slight rust mark) on one edge, which would probably come out with application of lemon juice, then washed. vintage 1960s MacPhersons Toffee tin
From the 1960s, a genuine old MacPhersons Toffee tin featuring red roses on the lid. Still has the original sticker with what the contents are, showing "Imperial" weight. The underside of the tin is impressed with the work MacPhersons. The tin has some surface rust blemishes where the metal was not painted, plus a small section on the lid has some rust specks. Gentle cleaning and perhaps treatment with rust killer (or fish oil?) should prevent more deterioration. About 250mm diameter

NEW - original 1970s furnishing fabric panel
New. vintage 1970s furnoshing fabric panel, featuring yachts and clouds. Beige, cream and tan tonings. Still has original carboard 'header' attached to it, from when it was on display in a shop!! The header has metric to Imperial measurements, as this was manufactured around the time that the Metric system was being introduced to Australia. Cotton material. Made by Greig fabrics. 1940s blonde veneer cupboard, 4 drawers, lift-up lid (project)
This 1940s blonde wood veneer cupboard started life as a cocktail cupboard, but it was chopped up by someone and then dumped. Only the 4 drawers and lift up lid part section is intact, but minus a trim (bottom-front) and hinges. It needs a little bit of creativity to make it into a nice bedside or livingroom hideaway, as the side frame mountings for the rest of the cupboard are still attached, which means a little putty and touch-up stain & varnish would be needed, as well as some hinges. 1960s white vinyl-covered 3-piece lounge suite (project)
From the 1960s, this is a 3-piece lounge suite, comprising 2 armchairs and a 'click-clack' couch/bed, upholstered in white vinyl The suite needs renovation. The armchairs have wooden armrests set into the top of the main arm frames and the varnish is very worn. One armrest needs re-gluing to the main frame. One armchair has lost its seat cushion.
