I'm not an audiophile so I can't offer you a super technical review, but I always found them to have a full, warm sound and are ideally suited with other vintage equipment. For sale are a pair of Faital Pro HF107 compression drivers paired with PRV WG35-25-b waveguide horns (qsc clone) in excellent working condition. Lafayette / Goodmans SK-500 Full-Range Loudspeakers
Lafayette SK-500 Tri-axial speakers were made in England for Lafayette Radio by Goodmans of England, Goodmans Triaxiom speakers were quality drivers comparable to Tannoy, Wharfedale, JBL, and Electro-Voice models. The cast frame appears the same as that used on several Goodmans driver including the Axiom 301. The SK-500 is an interesting model that does not seem to have an equivalent in the Goodmans line.
