This would possibly be the longest frosting or icing knife/spatula you have ever seen. The brand is "UNIQUE" and another Gummie has suggested it is a French brand. The length of the knife/spatula is approximately 43cm of which the blade takes up nearly 30.5cm. The width of the blade is about 23mm. There is a little spotty tarnish on the blade but this does not detract from it's usefulness in spreading frosting, icing or cream on large cakes with ease. They range in length from 32 to 36 cms. The brass finials are soldered on to the galvanised steel rods and include a rabbit, fish, chicken and native with a huge headdress.
