This bronze brass, antique, mid 1800s original Lancini mantle clock is ornately embellished with two small satyr cherub figures each side of the marble base, holding a garland of florals and is complimented by bronze leaves surrounding the convex glass door of the clock face. Roman Numerals on the clock face are indicative of the Franz Hermle style and is very heavy in weight. It has a chiming movement, which can be turned onto silent. Magnificent condition. Very nice old mantle clock, has key, this clock does not work. Mechanism looks in great nick. my guess is one of the springs has disconnected itself or has been over wound, it just keeps turning and sounds like a rachet. oh and to the scammers please dont waste our time, thank you.

In my experience, the clock should be around 200 years old. Size 23cm - 14.40cm - 8.30cm (H - W - D) Please consider some signs of age.
