1987 mariner 115 2 stroke outboard Motor runs but has some issues - whole upper unit good but midsection to bottom unit have some problems: Try - hole in mid section (see photos) - bottom unit stuck on (potentially driveshaft stuck in crank. - prop chipped and some bits on bottom unit also chipped. - steering cable seized in tilt tube. - tilt currently has no fluid and switch works intermittently.
