Floor shows some wear but still okay. 3 zip tabs in the back room are broken but only 1 zip not usable. The gauze in the back room has been repaired and the front awning has been patched. Oztrial Ultrarig 16 x 18 tarp (4.78m x 5.39m) in exellcent conidction, used 3 times for shade and the rain while camping. Easy to setup and pack away. Bag of around 25 guide ropes with 12 poles of various length with a spreader bar and a tarp bag for easy setup and packup, as well as easy storage and transportation. All in great condition, no longer required. Great to cover the tent and provide shade and shield from the rain. Total cost of equipment was over $750.
