For sale is my 4.3mtr Savage Gannet aluminium open boat fitted with a 15hp 2 stroke Mercury outboard, comes with tilt trailer [has new tyres] both rego to 23/05/2024 also has anchor, safety gear, 2x adult lifejackets, 2x fuel tanks and has front lights fitted, the hull was modified by previous owner removing the middle seat and fitting a smaller seat in the bow, I have not used the boat but have run the motor and all works correctly.

This motor is in running order, with a strong stream of water coming from the discharge point. Happy to demonstrate it starting and running. The engine number stamped on the block (see photo) is TD61428, which says it is from the 102 Series Seagulls, manufacture date 1958 to 1959. It is a single cylinder 2 stroke with an Amal twin jet carburetor. There are issues with the carb gaskets and the banjo which I will explain in detail to any interested party. This poptop is almost in showroom condition. It was bought new and has only been used a couple of times. Reason for selling is because we want to be able to tow a boat so need a motorhome instead.
