We received the Snoo as a gift in early 2022 after our baby was born. We opened the Snoo and assembled it (also washed one of the included sleep suits with the intention of using it). Unfortunately when we bought this second hand, it stopped working after a week. The Snoo support team refused to help because it’s out of warranty.
