Windsor Harmonic Balancers
I have a number of Windsor Crank Balancers, new and used. 289, 302 to 351 and strokers. 28 oz to 50 oz units. The two end balances (black and silver are new but painted to stop surface rust) are $175. , also new 50oz chrome SFI . Standard balancers 28 oz $75 in good condition.
