Includes normal accessories plus a spare flange set, kmart lunch bag that fits it perfectly, medela pumping bra and some milk bags. Does not include bottles. I use Avent ones and they fit the flange perfectly. Note one of the little valves has a piece missing (pictured). You can buy replacements but it is also a spare one. Pick up and cash only.
