Situated in Alkimos , an ex display home in a display street , just 2 mins walk to Coles , pharmacy and doctor surgery , bus stops only a few mins walk and beach only mins by car . I live alone in a large x4 bedroom home with my dog and am searching for short term lodger ; 1-6 months only . No pets , smokers or party goers . Must have x2 weeks in advance and two weeks bond . Can accept a couple .price is all inclusive . Extra cost for second person .
