Professional male requiring a private bedroom to rent for a minimum of 6 months in the Eastern Creek area. Ideally I would have my own bathroom, but I am also happy to share if required. I will be commuting interstate each fortnight for approximately 3 days. Parking required for one vehicle - either on-site, or safe street parking. Price - negotiable depending on location/facilities.
