I got newly renovated rooms available to rent long term in Beectoft, firstly I’m looking for clean and quiet people who have no issue to pay the rent on time. No party animals! Or at least no party at the house at anytime. The house is very close to the bus stop to city. Express bus only takes about 35 mins to town hall. It’s not very close to the train station, about 25-35 mins walk, but you can take bus to Metro station or pennant hills station for transfer. Or you can drive to Beecroft stat
