1982 Fender Stratocaster with Kahler Tremelo and EMG active pickups. Original black poly (heavy) 4.8kg with Kahler flyer trem, active Emg pickups. The Fernandes ST-40 was their version of the Fender Contempary(Boxer) guitars and was built in 1985-87 in Japan by a high quality factory. Features an Alder body (3.4-3.5kg), SH-1 Humbuckers( Gotoh made Super Distortion clones), maple neck 25.5" scale and lovely dark rosewood fretboard with jumbo frets. Mexican made 60th Anniversary '50's Strat'. Excellent intonation. Recent service and restring and seldom played since then. Really nice looking vintage Japanese stratocaster copy in black. Made in 1983 by Nippon Gakki with Sen ash body (lovely grain), maple neck and vintage style pickups. Usual strat set up with 3 single coils and 5 way selector switch. Vintage style locking tuners. Is styled as a 62' reissue. Is in good condition for it's age with only minor scratches and player ware. The neck is outstanding and plays nicely albeit with a little fretware. There is a small split in the 17th fret near the g string. Y

The LG-23 is obviously heavily influenced by Fender but is a really nice hybrid of a few guitars with a smaller, Strat/Bullet shaped body with a really nice shape.The neck is a 24.75" scale maple neck that has a thick but comfortable feel. It has a nice thick piece of rosewood for the fretboard with big dot markers. Like most 70's Guyatones it has a zero fret.
