1999 Honda Xr 400, - just had a top end rebuild and timing chain done 9 hours ago (still have all the receipts from bike mechanic) - new back tire - topaz seat and tank covers - bark busters - serviced every 20 hours - starts first kick everytime Only been used for mustering occasionally, great reliable bike. 2 x XR 400s 2000 model & 2005 model. Lost interest in this project. One frame is rusted at the foot peg other frame in good condition. One engine had Top end rebuild. Other engine been dusted. Brand-new speedo.

2004 xr400r. Starts runs, brand new tyres. stand broke off, will need welding repair. Great bike. $2000 is the price. don't bother offering anything else.
2000 xr 400r
Bike is currently not running due to time spent in storage. Mechanic says it’s a $1200 fix. Buy now for cheap or buy running for $5000. Rego expires in July. Currently only on gumtree while waiting for mechanic to become available to service. As far as I know there is compression issues and requires the head to be serviced. I was quoted $1200-$1500
Honda XR400
Selling my long time fun bike as I can no longer start the bike due to health issues. This bike is in great original condition, not modified or abused, has been a very reliable bike, not ridden hard. It has 11 months VIC rec reg. The bike has not been ridden since before COVID. The rear tyre is slightly oversize hence the plastic chain guard has been temporarily removed. Also has B&B bash plate.

Honda XR400 1998
Honda XR400 i have owned for about 20 years & before that was my brothers. ONce a year it gets started up & ridden aroudn my farm & back in the shed. Probably needs fork seals but it will start 2nd kick & go all day. I did get excited a couple of years ago & put new tyres on it thinking Id start using it again but havent.
