RARE Vintage Brass Doors from an old Theatre
One-of-a-kind brass wrapped solid wooden doors. These have been in storage for almost 50 years. Previous owners said they came out of an old Theatre on Lygon St. They will need some work to restore them to their former glory, missing several panes of glass on one of the doors. Each door measures 786 (W) x 2200 (H) x 55 (D) Pick up only from Collingwood. Please note these doors are very heavy. @halcyonhouseofvintage

1. Vintage epns display basket/ tray with handles, ornate emboss pattern and the engraved inscription 'FCL from employees of Alan & Co Prop Ltd 4.5.39'! 'WM & S ?? FR' is engraved in the base = W.Mammatt & Sons (Birmingham UK) and the FR is most likely Fairfax & Roberts (their associated business - an Australian Silversmith active in Sydney ~1920) the basket / handled tray is 676 grams. The Basket is in very good condition. 2. Vintage Hecworth Reproduction Old Sheffield tray in used condition.

Wanted: I want a two-part enamelled tinware soapdish (white & blue trim)
Years ago, from about 1860 to 1950s enamelled tinware was very popular. It was "budget" ware - cheaper than china & dearer than uncoated tinware, but very long-lasting if cared for properly.
