These make great pets. They are fascinating to watch grow and moult to adulthood. They do not bite you. They will make great XMAS gifts for someone who loves insects. I have a lot of females (as showing in the 2nd pic) and I am starting to get some males (as showing in the first pic). The females do not fly but the males can. I have insects ranging in size from 2 to 5 cm long. All they eat is Eucalyptus leaves and they need a spray of water every day. I can provide a care sheet if needed.
