These are essential when using a Typ 3 Motor in your Kombi or Beetle. To use the Motor in your Bus or Beetle you need to remove the factory Oil filler and Dipstick Tube from the typ 3 motor leaving a hole at the bottom of the Case. This is where the block off plate is fitted. Of course if you want a Dip Stick without drilling the case, expensive and time consuming, fit the Dipstick Tube and reuse your Dipstick. It will even come up the original metal trim. New old stock and well below price.
