Le Toy Van Budkins pirate figurine set of 3. -$20 the set. I think these are not made any more and are hard to find. These 3 are in pretty well pristine condition. Their heads turn, and arms and legs are wire beneath the clothes and are quite bendable. They can stand up by themselves if you bend them right, but will fall over easily.
