1 of a kind, painted 2 yrs ago for Christmas present. Girls have played with heaps but have out grown. Need to sell to make room for basketball ring. I have just touch up wear marks so looks fresh and ready for new family.

These sell for around $200 from bunnings unpainted. This one is pink, grey and white. It is in need of a good clean as it has been in storage since my daughter outgrew it. It does not come with screws as we misplaced them during our last move. Requires a standard size screw alike the others alread on the cubby. There is one major chip in one of the planter box's but this is an easy fix with a bit of putty and white paint. Was always kept out of the weather so the condition is pretty decent.

Cubby house was contracted by builder, costing me, $1450 Painted internal walls, ceiling and varnished wood floors. Measurements are: Internal floor to ceiling 1.5 mts or 150 cm Roof width is 2.46 mts or 246 cm side measures 2.5mts or 250 cm. Roof can be taken off and seperated. This Cubby house is heavy. My suggestion would be to hire a taxi truck with, electric tail gate, so you can slide on tail gate and lift on to truck. Can organise a truck with 18mt crane, at buyers expense. Pick up
