1 of a kind, painted 2 yrs ago for Christmas present. Girls have played with heaps but have out grown. Need to sell to make room for basketball ring. I have just touch up wear marks so looks fresh and ready for new family.

XL Raised Cubby with Slide. Dimensions are as stated in pic. Comes flat packed and takes approx. 2 hours to assemble (only requires powered screw driver. Made from pine, comes painted as per pic. 1 year warranty. House dimension is 160 x 145 x 180cm high. Total width from bottom of step to bottom of slide is 3.3 metres.
