The Customer Service Assistant is a critical member of the Australian ears and hearing care Audiology team, providing exceptional front-line service to our clients. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities including meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), handling phone calls, addressing client queries, conducting minor hearing aid repairs, and maintaining a smooth clinic operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the clinic.
Provide courteous and professional service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Answer client queries promptly and efficiently, both in person and over the phone.
Performance Metrics:
Meet and strive to exceed assigned KPIs related to customer service, such as budget meeting, customer satisfaction scores, and query resolution efficiency.
Contribute to the clinic’s revenue goals through effective promotion of products and services.
Administrative Duties:
Manage appointment bookings and client databases with attention to detail.
Assist with the maintenance of client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Conduct follow-up calls and satisfaction surveys as required.
Technical Support:
Perform minor hearing aid repairs and maintenance under the guidance of certified audiologists.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues with hearing devices.
Provide clients with information on hearing aid care and maintenance.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the audiology team to improve service delivery.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service protocols.
Support clinic operations through additional tasks as required.
