The lounge which was in perfect condition now wobbles at the back and obviously has a crack in the frame. I paid extra for a TWO man delivery. They put the lounge at the front door, did not knock, rang the occupant who was inside who said he had back injury and couldn't help, and they just left. He is not insured.
