Shrimp Food - Snow flakes $5 for 55-60gm packing.
Made out of 100% soya husk. An amazing leave in food for all invertebrates (shrimp, crays and snails) as well catfish.
Feed depending on how many shrimp you have. The pellet will turn into white flakes and these flakes will not pollute water and will serve as a constant source of food for the shrimps for weeks making it’s suitable to be used as a food supplement during holiday periods.
High in protein and packed full of nutrients, it will not foul the water and is a great choice for holidays when you can't be there. It attracts the shrimp and fish immediately but it's main benefit is its ability to grow mycelium (a type of fungus) that the shrimp will graze on over a long period of time.
Also have Malaysian trumpet snails - they are a perfect addition to any shrimp tank. The snails will help prevent gas build ups in the substrate and also help prevent a tank from re-cycling due to lack of bio-load. These snails will not over populate a tank unless over feeding occurs.
Snails will be equal to or larger than 1/4 of an inch.
Main Benefits:
Snails help keep a shrimp/fish tank from re-cycling by provided adequate bio-load
By burrowing into the substrates, these snails help keep turn the substrate which prevents gas build up.
Eat left over food to prevent ammonia
These snails consume debris and they do not eat plants, also they will not compete for food with other inhabitants of the aquarium. Usually, they dig the substrate to find food and sometimes they go up to the surface to find food there. They are good aquarium cleaners as they eat all the algae, leftovers, they even eat dead fish.
Hardy so they can adjust to most water parameters
50’cents each l, I usually throw in a few extras.
Minimum purchase $5 please.
